All Levels Yoga

A more active class mixing dynamic, strengthening movements, as well as longer, challenging holds, this class will invigorate you on all levels: mind, body and spirit!

We will spend most of this class moving through standing postures to warm and strengthen the body, rather than down on the mat.

For a more relaxing class, you might like to try Gentle Yoga.


Each movement is offered with a graduated approach. This means you can practice to your limit on the day, and makes this class is suitable to all levels.

Please note, this class is not suitable for pregnancy or complex injuries.

Booking and Payment Information

Casual drop-in rate for this offering is AUD$18.

Alternatively, you can purchase an optional multi-class pack for a reduced per session rate.

NEW CLIENTS can take advantage of a 3-for-2 trial offer.

Before your session

  • Bookings are essential. Low bookings will result in classes being cancelled. Book in for your preferred sessions here.
  • Please bring your own mat. Very limited mats are available, and will be offered on a "first in, best dressed" basis.
  • Please advise your teacher if you have injuries.

Cancellations

Cancellations require at least 2 hours notice from the scheduled class start time. Your account may be credited for use at a future time, or you may contact me for a full refund.Failure to cancel may result in you being charged for the session.
